From there you go to the checkout and enter your name and addresses and a username and password for your account (if you don’t have one yet and it’s your first purchase with me) Note: Your account will be created automatically and you will receive an email with a confirmation link to the given address (please also check your spam folder for the mail), you have to click this link once to confirm your account.
choose a payment method, with PayPal (if you don’t have a PayPal account you can also pay with credit card here) you can access the course immediately, if you want to transfer the money, then you will be unlocked for the course only after receiving the money.
How you can access the class
Log in with your account data (you may have to click the link in the confirmation email, see above).
Click “Login” at the top right of the menu
Click the first item “My online classes”.
Now you can see the complete class with all lessons
Questions and answers
I am logged in, but I don’t see the class at “my online classes”…. Please mail to “hallo@simonesass.de” and we will solve the problem. It is best to include a screenshot of your logged in account in your mail.
I can’t log in… You have not yet confirmed your account (you have received an email for this, which may have ended up in your spam folder). If you can’t find the mail, please contact hallo@simonesass.de and write username in the mail.
I have forgotten my password… Click “Login”. In the first field, enter the email address you registered with (or your username) and then use the “Forgot password” link. You will then receive an email (please also check your spam folder) with a one-time registration link. After the click you can give yourself a password that you can use in the future
How long do I have access to the online class? The class is always at your disposal, there is no expiration date. You have lifetime access.
Do I need an internet connection for the class? Yes – the videos are played directly from the Vimeo server and are therefore not available without an Internet connection. It is not possible to download the videos.
